What does a Career Episode for a Mechanical Engineer need to showcase?

A career episode specifies a significant period of your professional career as a mechanical engineer. One important thing that you must note is that you need to include THREE Career Episodes in your Competency Demonstration Report or CDR. Therefore, you must think of three different projects or distinct aspects of your career that you can include in each career episode. What is the Format of a Career Episode?
